Our manufacturing base adopts modern industrial design concepts, with a clean, standardized production environment and a complete manufacturing system. From raw material intake to finished product delivery, every step is strictly controlled to ensure each product meets high-quality standards.

How long after placing an order will I receive the custom toy?
Standard customization is completed within 7–14 business days; deep co-branded pieces take about 3–4 weeks. From mold making and material selection to repeated testing, every toy is handcrafted by the studio and shipped after passing 3 safety checks.
Can I return or exchange the toy if my cat doesn't like it?
Yes. If your cat clearly rejects the toy within 14 days of delivery, you can exchange it once for free with photos and a short video. We will also follow up and recommend a new option based on your cat's personality.
Do you accept bulk customization from pet stores / brands?
Yes. Please select "Brand Gift Box / Co-branded Collaboration" via the form, leave your scenario and quantity, and our BD team will reach out within 2 business days.
